When it comes to seller-financed real estate investment deals, you can have a lot of control over the terms of your interest payment. Unlike borrowing from the bank, you can negotiate creatively with the seller in order to get payment terms that are favorable to you.

This video reveals 3 creative strategies for using the term “interest” in real estate investment deals that are financed by the seller. Using these strategies, along with other creative real estate terms, I’ve been able to add over 300 units to my cash flow portfolio.

And because these were seller-financed deals, I was able to set an interest payment that allowed me to buy more properties with less money. You can do the same.
