Seller Financing | 5 Creative Payment Strategies For Your Real Estate Investing

This video reveals 5 creative strategies for using the term “payments” in your seller-financed real estate deals. This is just a small part of purchasing property without having to get a bank loan. To start from the beginning watch this video next: first of these creative real estate investing terms is “down payment.” This term can be useful when it comes to seller financing because you can be flexible with it. You see, “down payment” refers to money you give the seller at the closing. But if the seller asks for more than you’re willing to pay upfront, you can ask to split up the payment.

The term I find most useful when it comes to creative real estate investing strategies is the “principal only payment.” This is a payment that goes 100 percent toward the principal of the seller’s loan. Using this seller financing option, you can build up equity quickly, giving you more available cash to invest in other properties.

These payment terms allow you to avoid all of the headaches that come with borrowing from a bank, while providing you with the flexibility you may need to purchase a property. By getting creative, you can buy more property using less money.
