In this video, I want to take a new look at using land trusts for investing in real estate. 👉 If you would like a FREE 45-minute consultation, you can request one here 👉👉 thing that has really struck me are land trusts and how they might be utilized from a different standpoint.
If you take title to property that's an investment property, you got an investment loan on a conventional loan on it, you can move it into an LLC and they won't accelerate. So the idea of using a land trust to get around the acceleration clause, might not be so much of a problem.
