The BRRRR investing method is time-tested by real estate investors across the nation. It’s probably the most popular real estate investing strategy out there, and for a good reason. When done correctly, the BRRRR method allows investors to buy real estate with no money down, refinance the property, and then have a cash-flowing rental that costs them $0 (at least in theory).
