What does a lender want to know about your LLC? The most important thing for them to know about your LLC is that there is no one else involved in the LLC except yourself. If there is another person involved, then they are going to be very reluctant to lend you money because if something happens where the bank needs a role or signature from someone else, then you could get stuck having to pay back their loan.
